About This Role

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Dash 8 Q400 aircraft on scheduled flights
- Command and lead flight crew during operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and KCAR regulations
- Manage crew resource management and aircraft systems
- Complete required flight reports and documentation
- Report to Chief Pilot on flight operations matters
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license (Kenyan KCAA)
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1500 hours Pilot in Command on Dash 8 Q400
- Minimum 2500 hours on Dash 8 Q400 aircraft type
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4 proficiency
- Completed Crew Resource Management course (current)
- Completed Aviation Security Course (current)
- Completed Dangerous Goods course (current)
- Sound knowledge of KCAR regulations
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field (advantageous)
- Clean criminal record (subject to background check)
- Fit for employment (subject to medical checkup)
