Requirements
- Qualified on either CRJ Series and Q400 or B737NG
- Possess an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Minimum of 4000 flight hours
- Minimum 1000 flight hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly
- Proficiency in using aircraft navigation and communication systems
- Experience in operating modern aircraft and advanced understanding of flight operations
