About This Role
Northern Jet, a premium private aviation company with 25+ years of experience and an ARGUS Platinum safety rating, is seeking an experienced Captain to operate their fleet of 40+ jets on Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand missions. Based east of Texas with an 8 days on/6 days off schedule, this role offers significant earning potential with a base salary of $135,000 and total compensation exceeding $155,000 annually, including SDO pay and leadership opportunities. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, 1,500 hours PIC, 500+ hours multi-engine time, and an unrestricted FAA ATPL. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate Challenger CL300/350 aircraft under Part 91 and Part 135 on-demand operations
  • Ensure seamless execution of missions while maintaining full compliance with FAA regulations
  • Comply with FAA regulations related to flight operations, duty hours, and pilot qualifications
  • Report any discrepancies with the aircraft during flight or ground operations
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned by company management
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and briefings
  • Manage crew resource management procedures

Requirements
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
  • Minimum 1,500 hours PIC time
  • Minimum 500+ hours multi-engine time
  • Current 1st Class Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
  • No accidents, incidents, or warnings within the past five years
  • Thorough knowledge of corporate aviation and international procedures (Canada, Mexico, Caribbean)
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pass drug screening test
  • Clear comprehensive background check
  • Eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify confirmation)
