About This Role
E-Aviation, a privately-owned charter airline based in Stuttgart, Germany, is seeking an experienced Captain for Citation XLS+ operations across Europe. Candidates must hold an EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL Credit and a valid XLS+ type rating, with a minimum of 1500 total flight hours including 500 hours on type. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Citation XLS+ aircraft on charter flights across Europe
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and airline-level operational standards
- Manage aircraft in accordance with Pilot-in-Command responsibilities
- Provide professional service to clients
- Participate in required training and recurrent proficiency checks

Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL Credit
- Valid Citation XLS+ type rating (type rated only)
- Minimum 1500 total flight hours
- Minimum 500 flight hours on Citation XLS+ (on type)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4-6
- Valid security clearance (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung - ZÜP) at start of employment
- Valid passport without restrictions
- Valid Class B driver's license and own vehicle
- Telephone availability and internet access on mobile phone
- Ideally resident within 1 hour travel time from Stuttgart Airport
- German and English proficiency (B2 level or higher) in writing and speaking
