Silver Air is seeking an experienced Citation X+ Captain for their split-base operation between Scottsdale, Arizona (winters) and Driggs, Idaho (summers). The aircraft operates in a Part 135/91 hybrid environment with high utilization, supporting both owner missions and steady charter demand. This is a hands-on role requiring 3500 total hours (3000 PIC), 1750 turbine hours, and prior PIC turbine experience with Citation X/X+ preference. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Citation X+ aircraft on Part 135 charter and owner missions
- Review maintenance status and ensure airworthiness compliance
- Conduct pre-flight inspections per approved Aircraft Flight Manual
- Complete weather and facilities checks for planned route and alternate airports
- Manage flight planning, weather assessment, and risk evaluation
- Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance on operational decisions
- Ensure compliance with Silver Air policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Maintain safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew
- Manage sound judgment and professionalism in dynamic scheduling
- Execute smooth, controlled, and professional aircraft operations
- Complete accurate trip paperwork per current procedures
- Demonstrate superior customer service and communication skills

Requirements
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 3000 hours as PIC
- Minimum 3000 hours multi-engine time (2000 hours as PIC)
- Minimum 1750 hours total turbine time (preferred)
- Minimum 200 hours in CE-750 aircraft type (100 hours as PIC)
- Type rating on CE-750 (Citation X+) or comparable aircraft
- Prior PIC turbine experience (required)
- Citation X/X+ experience (strongly preferred)
- Previous Part 135 experience (preferred)
- ICAO Annex I compliant for international operations
- CANPASS authorization for Canada travel
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to relocate seasonally between Scottsdale and Driggs
