About This Role
Chartright Air Group, in partnership with Air Canada, is seeking an experienced Captain to operate Citation Ultra aircraft based in Toronto (YYZ). This is a unique Pilot Development Program position requiring a minimum of 3 years commitment, with at least 2 years in the left seat as Captain, leading to a facilitated interview pathway with Air Canada. Candidates must hold a Canadian ATPL with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR ratings, minimum 1500 total hours, and 250 multi-engine PIC hours. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as Captain on Citation Ultra aircraft in Toronto
  • Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
  • Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure operational and service requirements are delivered
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage co-workers to share ideas, improvements and solutions
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to exceptional client experience
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

Requirements
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) License
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 250 multi-engine PIC hours
  • Jet or turbine time preferred
  • University degree or College diploma in Aviation preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning
  • Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • Positive mindset with collaborative working style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) required
  • Previous time on type preferred
