About This Role
Fly Alliance is seeking an experienced Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ Captain to join their growing business aviation operation based in Ocoee, Florida. The company operates private jet services including Jet Card Memberships, aircraft management, and charter operations with over 60 years of combined aviation experience. Candidates must be typed and current in the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, with a valid commercial or airline transport pilot license. Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete flight planning utilizing weather information and FAR compliance
- Conduct preflight inspections and verify aircraft airworthiness
- Ensure proper fueling and flight planning for safe operations
- Safely operate the Citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft during duty periods
- Maintain working knowledge of aircraft systems and related procedures
- Notify crew and passengers of weather conditions and operational factors
- Complete load manifest for each flight
- Maintain on-time operations and meet report and departure times
- Assist with proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Pilot

Requirements
- Valid ATPL or CPL license
- Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ type rating required and current
- Pilot in Command (PIC) experience
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and operations
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Clean criminal record (implied)
- Right to work in the United States
