About This Role
Jet-Ten is seeking experienced Citation 650 Captains for their growing Part 135 charter operation based in Addison, Texas. The company operates a fleet of 5 Citation 650s and is looking for safety-oriented pilots with strong leadership skills. Candidates must hold an ATP with a minimum of 3000 total flight hours, including 1500 hours PIC and 1000 hours turbine time, plus a Citation 650 type rating. This is a performance-based position with a minimum monthly guarantee and potential to earn $100,000-$200,000 annually, with pilots averaging 15 flight days per month. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Citation 650 aircraft within safety and compliance requirements
- Work to ensure safety is never compromised, coordinating with safety manager
- Greet customers in professional manner and develop rapport with aircraft owners and passengers
- Inspect aircraft for cleanliness and upkeep prior to customer arrival
- Communicate effectively with flight operations regarding customer preferences
- Maintain technical knowledge and skills through continuing education
- Negotiate fuel rates with FBOs and manage company resources efficiently

Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1500 hours pilot in command
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine land
- Minimum 1000 hours turbine time
- Citation 650 type rating or similar
