About This Role
Elevate Jet, a technology-driven private aviation operator with nearly 30 years of experience, is seeking a Challenger 650 Pilot-in-Command (Captain) based in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will operate modern aircraft on Part 135/91 VIP charter missions, requiring strong leadership skills, safety focus, and exceptional customer service. Candidates must hold a Multi-Engine ATP with Challenger type rating, minimum 3500 total hours, 2000 multi-engine hours, and 250 hours in type. The position offers 100% travel, a flexible rotating schedule, and the opportunity to support high-profile missions including presidential campaigns, sporting events, and humanitarian operations with a boutique yet well-resourced aviation organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform safe and timely flights for private VIP Part 135/91 operations
- Ensure all aspects of aircraft readiness for upcoming trips
- Maintain communications with operations
- Maintain financial and operational records required for each flight
- Foster an environment that promotes teamwork and crew excellence
- Work as a team member in a crew environment with SIC
- Ensure safe and efficient aircraft operation in accordance with FAA regulations and Elevate Jet's General Operations Manual

Requirements
- Multi-Engine ATP license (required)
- Challenger 604/605/650 Type Rating (required)
- Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2000 hours multi-engine fixed-wing time
- Minimum 250 hours in type
- Minimum 250 hours instrument time
- Valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada
- ICAO Annex I - 2.1.10 compliance for international commercial air transport operations
- College degree preferred
- FAR 135/91 experience preferred
- U.S. work authorization required (employer unable to sponsor visas)
- Compliant with ICAO English language requirements
