About This Role
Anderson Air, a premier full-service aircraft management company based in Richmond, British Columbia, is seeking an experienced Captain (PIC) for their Challenger 350 executive charter operations. The company operates both private non-revenue flights and charter revenue flights domestically and internationally, with a commitment to safety and exceptional service. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 total flight hours, including 1000 hours PIC and 500 hours PIC jet time, along with a valid Transport Canada ATPL. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for safe conduct of all flights
- Operate Challenger 350 as Pilot in Command on private and charter flights
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with crew, passengers, and air traffic control
- Provide leadership and guidance to flight crew members
- Collaborate with maintenance and dispatch departments
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety checks
- Ensure timely departures and arrivals

Requirements
- Valid Transport Canada ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours PIC total
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on jet aircraft
- Large aircraft experience
- Corporate aviation experience
- Ability to work in Canada
- Ability to travel outside Canada
