Airshare, one of the fastest-growing companies in private aviation, is seeking an experienced Challenger 350 Captain (PIC) based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position involves managing complex aircraft operations, working with crew members to provide safe and efficient air transportation to aircraft owners, and representing Airshare professionally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4000 total flight hours including 500 hours jet time as SIC, recent corporate flying experience, and strong preference for Challenger 350 type rating and currency. - Assist in all aspects of complex and dynamic aircraft operations
- Work with fellow crew members to provide safe and efficient air transportation
- Represent Airshare in a professional manner
- Contribute innovation and imagination to safely and efficiently meet business demands
- Ensure compliance with all currency requirements

Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours jet SIC (Second in Command)
- Recent corporate flying experience
- Must live within two hours of Orlando, FL area
- Challenger 350 type rating strongly preferred
- Current on Challenger 350 strongly preferred
- First Class Medical Certificate
- Valid ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license
- Current on instrument flight time requirements
- Current on night landing requirements
- Able to pass instrument competency check in assigned aircraft category
- Able to lift 50 lbs
