About This Role
Ryanair, via recruitment partner Crewlink, is seeking experienced Challenger 350-3500 Captains for a permanent 24/7 engineering support operation based in Bergamo, Italy. This unique role offers early and late (night) standby shift patterns with an attractive fixed 4/4 roster. Candidates require a minimum of 3000 total flight hours with 1000 command hours in multi-crew, multi-engine jet operations and a valid EASA ATPL. The position offers a competitive salary of up to €126,400 per annum, comprehensive type rating training at no upfront cost (subject to a three-year training agreement), and access to Ryanair's 240+ destination network. Applicants must have unrestricted EU work authorization and pass a rigorous selection process including simulator assessments and technical evaluation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Challenger 350-3500 aircraft on 24/7 engineering support operations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Fly to any of 240+ destinations across Ryanair Group Network
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Participate in early and late (night) standby shift patterns

Requirements
- Valid EASA or UK CAA issued ATPL license (Part FCL)
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 hours command experience in multi-crew, multi-engine jet aircraft
- Valid EASA (Part-MED) or UK CAA issued Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (Operational Level)
- Written English proficiency at Operational level required
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Challenger 350/3500 type rating preferred
- Some turbo-prop hours may be considered as part of experience
