About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft based in Toronto, Canada. Candidates must hold a Canadian ATPL with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating and have a minimum of 2500 total flight hours with 500 hours PIC on multi-engine aircraft. Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft
- Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
- Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
- Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure operational and service requirements are met
- Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional experience
- Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage sharing of ideas and improvements
- Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

Requirements
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating
- Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- Minimum 2500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, and flight planning
- Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule to support client needs
