About This Role
Chartright Air Group is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft based in Toronto, Canada. As a leading private jet charter and aircraft management company with over 35 years of industry experience, Chartright values safety, customer service, and operational excellence. Candidates must hold a Canadian ATPL with Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating and have a minimum of 2500 total flight hours with 500 hours PIC on multi-engine aircraft. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft
  • Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
  • Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure operational and service requirements are met
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional experience
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage sharing of ideas and improvements
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required

Requirements
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Minimum 2500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 500 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, and flight planning
  • Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to support client needs
