Contour Airlines seeks an experienced Captain for their Citation XLS fleet operating under Part 135 on-demand regulations. Requirements
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding); Spanish proficiency a plus
  • Polished and professional interpersonal skills with positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with various personalities while maintaining professionalism
  • Self-motivated with ability to motivate others
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and tact
  • Pass DOT-required pre-employment drug screening
  • Submit to and pass FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing
  • Pass 10-year work history background check
  • Pass criminal history and fingerprint checks as required by TSA
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and comply with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal requirements
  • Hold valid U.S. Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with CE-560XL Type rating
  • Current First-Class Medical Certificate
  • Current, valid passport
  • Able to lift 75 lbs routinely with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Hold English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE)
  • No excessive check ride failures
  • No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents
  • Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
  • Minimum 2,000 pilot in command hours
  • Minimum 2,500 multi-engine land hours
  • Minimum 1,500 multi-engine PIC hours
  • Minimum 250 instrument hours
  • Minimum 2,000 turbine engine hours
