About This Role
Astonjet is seeking a qualified Captain for their Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A) based at Paris-Le Bourget Airport in France. The company is a dynamic, fast-growing business jet operator specializing in high-end charter operations. Candidates must hold a valid EASA ATPL with ME-IR(A) rating, minimum 500 PIC hours, and preferably current type rating on the Citation Latitude. The position offers a 20/10 roster pattern with paid type rating training (36-month bond) and the opportunity to operate in a professional business aviation environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as pilot in command and leader of the flight crew
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the Citation Latitude in all phases of flight
- Be fully responsible for the safety of all crew members and passengers
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor crew duties
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure optimal workload distribution among crew
- Maintain highest operational and service standards
- Ensure full compliance with Astonjet company policies and Flight Operations procedures
- Represent Astonjet with professionalism at all times
- Promote safety culture and use of Centrik Safety Reporting Tool
- Report all accidents, incidents, and occurrences to Safety Manager
- Lead by example in safety, compliance, and professionalism
- Delegate tasks to qualified and authorized crew members while retaining command responsibility

Requirements
- Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL license
- Valid ME-IR(A) (Multi-Engine Instrument Rating)
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command
- Minimum 500 hours IFR
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- PBN endorsed
- Advanced UPRT completed or multi-pilot aircraft type rating held
- MCC completed or multi-pilot aircraft type rating held
- Citation Latitude type rating (current preferred)
- TRI qualification on type (appreciated)
- English FCL.055 Level 4 minimum
- Fluent French
- Clean criminal background check
- Clean drug test
- Appropriate type/class rating for Citation Latitude
