Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent (foreign graduates need equivalence certificate)
- No flight misconduct or disciplinary written penalties
- Accept and reside at the company's designated base
- For blue card holders, fluent and understandable Turkish speaking ability
- Hold ATPL(A) (SHGM/EASA/FAA/ICAO)
- Hold valid B-737 & A-320 type ratings
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight experience
- Minimum 500 hours Captain PIC flight experience on B-737 & A-320 aircraft types
- Minimum 1000 hours flight experience on aircraft types over 27 tons
- Flight license valid for at least 2 months from the start date for successful candidates
- Obtain a flight medical report from authorized Aviation Medical Centers within the last 30 days
- Final entry examination by AJet workplace doctors is essential
- Provide accurate medical history during entry examination
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher (must be processed on license by start date)
- Must be a Turkish citizen
- No criminal record or judicial archive record
- Born on or after January 1, 1965
- No prior failures in training and check flights at THY A.O. and other airlines
- Not previously separated from THY A.O. or its affiliates due to termination
