About This Role
Machjet is seeking an experienced Captain for their B200 King Air operation based in Cairns, Australia. The company is one of Australia's leading charter providers operating from Queensland bases, supporting aeromedical, cargo, and government missions. Candidates must have a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours with 300 hours PIC on multi-engine aircraft, current CPL with MECIR, and valid Class 1 Medical. This role offers the opportunity to operate across regional and remote Australia in a dynamic charter environment with an experienced flight operations team prioritizing safety and service excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B200 King Air aircraft on charter missions
- Support aeromedical, cargo, and government operations
- Conduct safe and efficient flight operations across regional and remote Australia
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Provide reliable service in a dynamic charter environment
Requirements
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 300 hours Pilot in Command on multi-engine aircraft
- Minimum 50 hours PIC night multi-engine
- Commercial Pilot's Licence
- Current Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (MECIR) with minimum 3 renewals
- Multi-Crew Coordination (MCC) certification
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid passport
- Valid ASIC
- 100 hours PIC on B200 King Air (highly desired)
- Multi-engine turbine experience (highly desired)
