About This Role
NAYSA, part of the Binter airline system, is seeking experienced ATR-72-600 Captains for their new base in Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain. The company is undergoing expansion and growth, requiring skilled pilots to operate their regional turboprop fleet. Candidates must hold an ATPL(A) license (including frozen ATPL), valid IR/PBN ratings, and a minimum of 1,000 hours PIC on multi-crew aircraft or 1,500 hours copilot time on ATR-72. This position offers immediate incorporation into ATR operations in the Canary Islands with a professional team committed to safety, excellence, and inclusive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate ATR-72-600 aircraft on scheduled regional routes in the Canary Islands
- Conduct pre-flight checks and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
- Manage crew resource management in multi-crew operations
- Complete required flight documentation and reports

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL(A) license (including frozen ATPL)
- Valid IR/PBN rating
- Minimum 21 years of age, maximum 60 years
- Valid passport from an EU member state with validity exceeding 6 months
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (EASA Part MED)
- ICAO English Level 4 minimum and Spanish Level 5 minimum
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi-crew aircraft above 23,000 kg OR minimum 1,500 hours as copilot on ATR-72
- ATR-72-600 type rating preferred
- Able to work in EU without sponsorship
- Available for immediate incorporation
