About This Role
NAYSA, part of the Binter system, is seeking experienced ATR-72 Captains for their expansion at the new Fuerteventura base in the Canary Islands, Spain. This is a quick upgrade captain position for organized, detail-oriented professionals who work well in team environments. Candidates must hold a valid EASA ATPL(A) license with minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi-crew aircraft or 1,500 hours as a First Officer on ATR-72, along with IR/PBN rating and Class 1 Medical. The position offers immediate incorporation into ATR operations in the Canary Islands with the opportunity to work for a growing regional airline serving the Spanish archipelago.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate ATR-72-600 aircraft on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage crew resource management procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Complete required flight documentation and reports

Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL(A) license (including frozen ATPL(A))
- IR/PBN rating valid
- Age between 21 and 60 years
- Valid passport from an EU member state with minimum 6 months validity
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (EASA Part MED)
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Spanish language proficiency Level 5 or native speaker
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on multi-crew aircraft above 23,000 kg OR minimum 1,500 hours as First Officer on ATR-72
- Immediate availability for ATR operations in Canary Islands
- Work permit authorization in EU
- ATR-42/72 Type Rating (preferred)
- University studies, aeronautical experience, or previous aviation sector experience valued
