About This Role
Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced Captain A320 to join their flight operations team based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The applicant must be a UAE National with a minimum of 4000 hours of flying experience, preferably on Airbus 320 aircraft, and hold a valid ATPL license. This role requires candidates with low-cost airline experience and strong command skills, including emergency handling and crew resource management capabilities. Requirements
- UAE National (as per job title specification)
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience preferred
- Low-cost airline experience highly desirable
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Pass technical and psychometric assessment per airline and civil aviation authority standards
- Training in safety and emergency response
- Crew Resources Management Training advantage
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good English language proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Ability to handle heavy workload schedules and ad-hoc scenarios
