About This Role
Etihad Airways is seeking experienced Captain pilots to join their fleet on the A320 aircraft, based in Abu Dhabi. As the national airline of the UAE, Etihad is one of the world's leading carriers with an ambitious growth strategy targeting fleet doubling by 2030. This non-type-rated Captain role requires a minimum of 7000 total flight hours with 4000 hours PIC on multi-crew glass cockpit aircraft, plus an unrestricted ATPL and current Class 1 Medical. The position offers an exceptional tax-free compensation package including basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover allowances, totaling up to AED 674,029 annually, supplemented by comprehensive benefits including 42 days annual leave, education allowances for children, relocation support, and industry-leading staff travel privileges.
Requirements
- Minimum 7000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 4000 hours PIC on multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft
- Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL license
- Unrestricted and current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Must not have attained the age of 59 years on the day of joining
- English Language Fluency Level 4 or higher (written and verbal)
- Current TRE/TRI is an advantage
- Eligible to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
