About This Role
Jet2.com is seeking experienced Captains to join their rapidly expanding Airbus A320 fleet. The UK airline, named as a Which? Recommended Provider for 2026, is introducing 146 new A320 aircraft over the coming years and offering exceptional career progression opportunities. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours with 1,000 hours PIC on type, valid ATPL, A320 type rating, and Class 1 Medical. This position offers a high basic salary, stable basing confirmed at offer, mostly 2-sector days allowing pilots to be home most nights, and comprehensive benefits including 37 days annual leave, private healthcare, and an 8% company pension contribution.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and safety checks
- Lead crew briefings and manage cockpit operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
- Maintain aircraft performance and safety standards

Requirements
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on A320 type
- Valid UK-issued Pilot License (ATPL)
- Valid A320/1 Type Rating
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5
