About This Role
Jet2.com is seeking experienced Airbus A320 Captains to join their growing fleet as they introduce 146 new aircraft over the coming years. This is a permanent position offering stable basing options and excellent career progression opportunities. Candidates must have a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours with 1,000 hours PIC on type, valid ATPL, Class 1 Medical, and current A320 type rating. The role offers a high basic salary, sustainable lifestyle with mostly 2-sector days allowing pilots to be home most nights, published rosters 8 weeks in advance, 37 days annual leave, and comprehensive benefits including private healthcare and pension scheme.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Airbus A320 aircraft on scheduled flights
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Manage aircraft operations and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements
- Valid UK issued pilot licence
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on A320 type
- Current A320/1 type rating
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Frozen or unfrozen ATPL
- Minimum English Language Proficiency Level 5
- Current military pilot experience considered favorably
