Requirements
- Minimum 5500 hours total flying time
- Minimum 2500 PIC hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit aircraft
- Minimum 1500 PIC hours on A320 Family
- Current and valid A320 type rating (valid for minimum 2 months at joining)
- Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL license
- Current on A320
- Unrestricted and current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Maximum age 59 years on day of joining
- Have flown A320 family within the last 12 months
- English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher
- 3 years as an A320 Instructor and/or Examiner (TRI/TRE)
- 1000 hours of FSTD training
- 1000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience
- Good technical knowledge and expertise
- Current TRE/TRI is an advantage
- Previous experience with MPL/Cadet/Ab-initio Training, Evidence-based Training (EBT), and/or AQP/ATQP are an advantage
