Volotea is hiring Non-Type Rated Captains for their French bases for the 2026 season. The company will cover 50% of the A320 type rating cost after which pilots will be offered a French contract. Candidates must have an EASA FCL ATPL and significant flight experience.
Requirements
- Valid EASA FCL ATPL
- Unrestricted Class 1 Medical
- Minimum experience of 5000 flight hours
- 500 PIC hours
- No history of accident/incident
- English language proficiency - minimum ICAO level 4
- Valid EU Passport
- A high standard of teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems
- Eager to adapt and motivated to the A320 type rating course
- Good conflict management
