Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A)
- Valid A320 Type Rating
- Minimum 5,000 hours of total flying experience
- At least 2,000 hours on multi-engine, multi-crew, turbine aircraft with a MTOW ≥ 20 T
- Minimum 1,000 Command hours flying experience on Airbus FBW aircraft
- EASA Class I Medical Certificate
- ELP Level 4 or higher
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Last flight on type within the previous 12 months
- No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- No criminal record
- IT literate
- Strong leadership, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- High level of professionalism and commitment to safety and operational excellence
