About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Captain A320 to join their flight operations team based in Sharjah, UAE. Air Arabia is a leading low-cost carrier operating a modern Airbus fleet across the Middle East and beyond. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 hours total flight time with an ATPL license, valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, and strong experience in low-cost airline operations. Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience (preferred)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Technical/psychometric assessment pass
- Safety and emergency response training
- Crew Resource Management Training (advantageous)
- Proficiency in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English language proficiency
- Low-cost airline experience (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Ability to handle high workload and ad-hoc scenarios
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
