Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus 320 preferred experience
- Low-cost airline experience highly desirable
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for pilots
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Training in safety and emergency response
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantage)
- IATA security principles and standards (advantage)
- Proficient in aircraft systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English language proficiency
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Able to handle emergencies and threats efficiently
- Cost-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
