Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced Captain for A320 operations based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Requires minimum 4000 hours total flying time with A320 preference. Low-cost airline experience is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience preferred
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Technical and psychometric assessment pass required
- Training in safety and emergency response (formal qualification advantageous)
- Basic airport security procedures and regulations training (advantageous)
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantageous)
- IATA security principles and standards knowledge (advantageous)
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Technical report writing and presentation skills
- Very good English language proficiency (local languages advantageous)
- Low-cost airline experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Capable of performing in changing environment with heavy workload
- Composed, self-confident, focused with emergency handling capability
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Cost-oriented mindset with effective decision-making skills
