About This Role
Alaska Seaplanes is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan Amphibian on scheduled and on-demand flights serving 14 communities year-round in Southeast Alaska from their Juneau base. The operator specializes in seaplane and bush aircraft operations, including Pilatus PC-12, Cessna Caravan, Cessna 206, and DeHavilland Beaver aircraft. Candidates must have a minimum of 1500 total flight hours with 300 hours on seaplanes (SES), a valid FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating, and Class 1 Medical Certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Cessna 208B Grand Caravan Amphibian safely and efficiently
- Conduct scheduled and on-demand flights serving Southeast Alaska communities
- Perform single pilot IFR and VFR operations
- Ensure safety and customer service standards
- Operate flights for all persons on board in compliance with regulations

Requirements
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 300 hours seaplane (SES) experience
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Alaska time, time in type, or similar equipment experience preferred
- Single pilot IFR and VFR operations capability
- Approved for single pilot operations
