Scoot's Cadet Pilot Programme is a co-funded training opportunity to obtain an MPL or Frozen ATPL license. Cadets will progress to Second Officer/Junior First Officer roles upon graduation. Includes 18-24 months of intensive training followed by a 6-year service bond.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally entitled to work in Singapore upon completion of training
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with at least 5 Credits or equivalent
- English, Mathematics, and Science subject (preferably Physics) required at GCE 'O' level
- Class I & II unrestricted medical certification from CAMB
- Visual acuity of at least 6/60 without optical aid, correctable to 6/6
- Not colour blind
- Willingness to serve 6-year training bond
- Commitment to 18-24 months consecutive training with no disruptions
- Strong passion for aviation
- Uncompromising sense of safety
- Team player with composure and confidence
