About This Role
Emirates is recruiting a Cabin Services Assistant to maintain and personalize the A380 Shower Spas and cabin facilities in First, Business, and Economy Classes. This is a support role that reports to the Purser and focuses on hygiene, cleanliness, and passenger comfort rather than traditional cabin crew duties. Candidates must have 10 years of schooling, minimum 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain or airline, and fluency in English. Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize, hygienically clean, and personalize A380 Shower Spas to delight First Class customers
- Perform inventory control and confirm products are loaded in correct quantities
- Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness prior to passenger boarding
- Promptly and hygienically clean Shower Spas after every customer use
- Personalize the Shower Spa for each customer using the Reservations System
- Ensure no unauthorized customers enter personalized Shower Spas
- Maintain clean and tidy lavatories by completing CSA Checklist
- Maintain aesthetically pleasing and clean cabin areas
- Report defects and discrepancies to the Purser
- Respect and protect company assets and report safety concerns

Requirements
- 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider
- Experience in hospitality industry housekeeping department (advantageous)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to report for duty on time
- Conformance to uniform regulations
- Respect for chain of command
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
