About This Role
Emirates is recruiting a Cabin Services Assistant to maintain and personalize the A380 First Class Shower Spas and cabin facilities on their world-class aircraft. This role focuses on hygiene, cleanliness, and customer experience for premium cabin areas including First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories and lounges. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain or airline, be fluent in English, and hold 10 years of schooling or equivalent. The position offers a tax-free salary, flight discounts, hotel discounts, and exclusive travel benefits while working from Emirates' Dubai hub.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize, hygienically clean, and personalize A380 Shower Spas for First Class customers
- Perform inventory control and confirm products are loaded in correct quantities
- Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness prior to passenger boarding
- Promptly and hygienically clean Shower Spas after each customer use following CSA Checklist
- Personalize Shower Spas for each customer using the Reservation System
- Monitor and control access to personalized Shower Spas
- Maintain clean and tidy lavatories in all cabin classes
- Conduct cabin tidy duties in passenger cabins and social areas
- Ensure amenity items are stocked and available in facilities
- Report defects and discrepancies to the Purser
- Report any suspicious items, strange noises, or abnormal behavior to crew members
- Report for duty on time and maintain uniform compliance

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider
- Experience in hospitality industry housekeeping department (advantageous)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Ability to work under direction from Purser and crew members
- Punctual and compliant with uniform regulations
