About This Role
Emirates is recruiting a Cabin Services Assistant based at their Dubai headquarters to maintain and personalize the premium A380 Shower Spas and cabin facilities for First Class passengers. This role focuses on hygiene, cleanliness, and personalization of onboard facilities, reporting to the Purser. Candidates must have 2+ years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or luxury service provider, and be fluent in English. The position offers a tax-free salary with travel benefits including flight and hotel discounts worldwide.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform inventory control to ensure products are loaded in correct quantities
- Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness prior to passenger boarding
- Hygienically clean Shower Spas after every customer use using appropriate cleaning materials
- Personalize Shower Spa for each customer at allocated time with selected products displayed
- Ensure no customers enter personalized Shower Spa and manage reservation system timing
- Maintain clean and tidy lavatories by completing CSA Checklist to required standards
- Maintain aesthetically pleasing, clean and safe cabin environment
- Report any defects or safety concerns to the Purser
- Protect company assets and report suspicious items or unusual behavior
- Report for duty on time and conform to uniform regulations
- Respect and obey chain of command on ground and in-flight

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider
- Experience in hospitality industry housekeeping department (advantageous)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Ability to follow chain of command and safety protocols
- Punctuality and conformance to uniform regulations
