- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Clean criminal record certificate
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
- Able to swim unaided
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and collaboration
- EU citizenship or eligibility to live and work in the EU
- Flexibility and willingness to work shift schedule
- Valid passport required
