About This Role
Ryanair is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Weeze (Düsseldorf) base, with training starting in July 2026. As Europe's largest airline group operating over 3,600 flights daily to 250+ destinations, Ryanair offers entry-level cabin crew positions with no prior experience required. Candidates must be between 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters unaided, fluent in English, and hold unrestricted EU work rights. Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- Height between 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Able to support someone else while swimming
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to pass English Language Assessment
- Ability to pass situational judgment test
- Comfortable with shift roster including early starts (5am) and late finishes (midnight)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people
