About This Role
flydubai is recruiting Cabin Crew members to join their dynamic multicultural team based in Dubai, UAE. As brand ambassadors for flydubai and Dubai, cabin crew are responsible for ensuring passenger safety while delivering exceptional customer service on every flight. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a minimum height of 158cm, fluent English, and 1 year of customer service experience. The position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary of AED 8,275, variable flying pay averaging AED 4,500 monthly, housing and transportation allowances, medical insurance, and 30 days of annual paid leave, with opportunities for career growth in a multicultural aviation environment.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum height of 158 cm
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with flydubai grooming standards
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Valid passport
- In good health with ability to pass aero medical examination
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Confident in water when wearing flotation aid/life jacket
- Willing to work irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail)
- Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
- Safety-conscious attitude with ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively
- Enthusiastic and proactive with passion for excellent service
- Respectful and adaptable, willing to work in multicultural team environment
