About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their bases in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, UAE. This entry-level position welcomes fresh graduates and those with previous aviation or hospitality experience. Candidates must be between 20-29 years old (up to 33 if experienced), meet minimum height requirements (160cm for females, 170cm for males), be fluent in English, and maintain excellent customer service standards. The role combines passenger safety responsibilities with revenue generation duties on Air Arabia's network of destinations.
Requirements
- Age between 20-29 years for non-experienced crew, up to 33 years for experienced crew
- Minimum height 160cm (Female), 170cm (Male)
- Weight proportionate to age and height
- No visible tattoos when wearing cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Able to swim with aid of a flotation device
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or higher secondary certificate (diploma in Travel/Tourism preferred)
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable appearance with friendly and cheerful demeanor
- Customer service oriented
- Able to handle difficult situations and angry customers
- Capable of identifying irregularities and handling emergencies
- Proactive and self-motivated with positive teamwork competency
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- First Aid and Safety training is an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation/hospitality is an added value
