About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for a recruitment drive in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic airline team as an entry-level flight attendant. The airline seeks candidates aged 20-29 (up to 33 for experienced crew) with a minimum height of 160cm for females and 170cm for males, fluent in English, and able to pass medical fitness requirements including swimming ability. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, with previous customer service or aviation experience considered an added value.
Requirements
- Age between 20-29 years for non-experienced crew, up to 33 years for experienced crew
- Minimum height 160cm (Female), 170cm (Male)
- Weight in proportion to age and height
- Clear skin with no visible tattoos while wearing uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus)
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures is an added value
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Fluent in English language (other languages are an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Presentable with friendly and positive attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations and stressed customers
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Able to work shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Previous experience in cabin crew or customer service in airlines/aviation/hospitality is an added value
