About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Dammam, KSA base. This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates and those with prior aviation or hospitality experience. Candidates must be fluent in English, fit to fly with good health, and possess excellent customer service skills. The role involves ensuring passenger safety and comfort, conducting safety demonstrations, providing customer service, handling emergency procedures, and maintaining aircraft cabin standards during all flight operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate minimum
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fit to fly with good general health
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable with friendly and cheerful demeanor
- Customer service oriented
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Focused and able to identify irregularities and handle emergencies
- Proactive, self-motivated with positive teamwork competency
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Capable of working shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures is an added value
- Previous cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation/hospitality is an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
- Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
- Other languages are an advantage
