- Right to work in Armenia without employer sponsorship
- Arm reach of 210cm while standing on tiptoes
- High school degree
- Right to live and work in Armenia
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to swim
- Live or willing to move within 60 minutes of Yerevan base
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing uniform
- Enthusiastic person who likes working with people
- If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription must be between +4 and -4
- Valid medical examination clearance
