About This Role
Emirates is recruiting Cabin Crew members to join their world-class team based in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must have at least one year of hospitality/customer service experience, be fluent in English, and meet specific physical requirements (minimum 160cm height, 212cm arm reach). Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety during all phases of flight
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to passengers
- Lead and manage aircraft services with confidence
- Conduct and oversee safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Take control of security and safety procedures when required
- Serve passengers with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver authentic customer experience reflecting Emirates brand values
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide direction and support

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
- High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 160cm in height
- Able to reach 212cm while standing on tiptoes
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform
- Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment
