NovoAir is hiring Cabin Crew (Flight Attendants) for their Dhaka base. This is an entry-level position open to Bangladeshi candidates aged 18-27 (freshers) or up to 32 years (experienced). Benefits include pick & drop service, festival bonus, medical insurance, and free air tickets.
Requirements
- Bangladeshi national
- Minimum HSC or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC & HSC
- No third division results accepted
- Minimum height 161cm for females / 168cm for males
- Arm reach of 212cm while standing on tiptoes
- Weight proportionate to height
- BMI between 18-25
- Age 18-27 years for freshers or maximum 32 years for experienced candidates
- Visual acuity of 6/6 without spectacles (correction up to 6/6 acceptable)
- No colour blindness
- Swimming skills preferred (must learn during training)
- Fluent in Bengali and English (written and spoken)
- Good physical health and medically fit
- No visible tattoos or marks on body
- Positive attitude with impressive bearing and appealing personality
- Upright physical appearance
- Valid passport or NID
- Must submit full-body formal photographs (frontal and side views)
