About This Role
Lufthansa City Airlines, the youngest airline in the Lufthansa Group, is hiring Cabin Crew Members for their Munich and Frankfurt bases. This is an entry-level position with no flight experience required, offering the opportunity to work for a modern, growing airline operating short and medium-haul routes across Europe with a contemporary Airbus fleet.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age at training start
- No prior flight experience required
- High school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) minimum, or completed vocational training
- Minimum 2 years professional experience if only holding basic school certificate
- Unrestricted valid passport
- Own mobile phone with active contract
- Very good German language skills (minimum level B2)
- Very good English language skills (minimum level B2)
- Able to swim safely (Sicherheit schwimmen)
- Good health status (positive medical fitness for flight clearance)
- Positive security/reliability clearance (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung)
- Professional appearance and ability to adapt communication style to guest expectations
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to European time zones
- Team player with patience, care, and flexibility
