About This Role
Air Canada seeks a Cabin Crew Manager to lead and develop frontline cabin crew ambassadors across the airline's operations. This temporary leadership role requires the successful candidate to focus on performance, operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of cabin service standards. Candidates must possess Flight Attendant training qualifications, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and fluency in English, with French language skills being an asset. The position demands flexibility for a 24/7 operation with shift work, and requires ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Successfully completed Flight Attendant training program
  • Maintain Flight Attendant qualifications
  • Ability to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Experience in leading, motivating and coaching
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluency in French as a quantifiable asset or route language
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Strong knowledge of safety, service standards, and labor relations
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to support 24/7 operation
  • Able to work shifts and adapt to flexible schedule changes
  • Intercultural competence and consciousness
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability
  • Eligible to work in country of employment at time of offer
  • Must obtain required work permits and visas if necessary
