About This Role
Air Canada is recruiting a Cabin Crew Manager to lead the In-Flight Service team and coach frontline cabin crew ambassadors across customer service, operations, and safety excellence. Recently ranked the best airline in North America, Air Canada seeks a leadership-focused professional who can motivate and develop cabin personnel both on the ground and onboard aircraft. The role requires successful completion of Flight Attendant training, experience leading and motivating teams, and fluency in English with French as an asset. This permanent position offers the opportunity to directly impact customer service delivery while managing performance, operational standards, and labor relations in a 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Successfully complete Flight Attendant training program and maintain qualifications
- Ability to obtain Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Experience in leading, motivating and coaching
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intercultural competence and consciousness
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create and achieve a vision
- Strong customer focus
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Strong knowledge of safety, service standards, and labor relations
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and achieve multiple objectives
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French as a quantifiable asset or route language
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability
- Highly adaptable and flexible to support 24/7 operation
- Able to work shifts and adapt for flexible schedule changes
- Airline/hospitality experience an asset
