About This Role
Air Canada is recruiting a Cabin Crew Manager to lead and develop the In-Flight Service team at Canada's leading airline, recently ranked best in North America. This is a management-level position requiring strong leadership skills to coach and inspire frontline cabin crew in customer service, operations, and safety excellence. Successful candidates must have completed Flight Attendant training, possess airline/hospitality experience, and preferably be bilingual in English and French. The role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer experience while managing performance, compliance, and team development across Air Canada's global network.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Successfully completed Flight Attendant training program and maintain qualifications
- Experience in leading, motivating and coaching
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intercultural competence and consciousness
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create and achieve a vision
- Strong customer focus
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Strong knowledge of safety, service standards, and labor relations
- Detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and achieve multiple objectives
- Airline/hospitality experience an asset
- Fluency in English and French as a quantifiable asset or route language
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability
- Highly adaptable and flexible to support 24/7 operation
- Able to work shifts and adapt to flexible schedule changes
