Malaysia Aviation Group (Malaysia Airlines) is recruiting Cabin Crew for multiple categories: female entry-level candidates, experienced part-time crew, and male candidates. All positions require Malaysian citizenship, fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, minimum height requirements (157cm for females, 165cm for males), and are aged 18-35 (45 and below for experienced crew). No visible tattoos allowed.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen
- Aged between 18 to 35 years old (45 years and below for experienced cabin crew)
- Female candidates: minimum height 157cm
- Male candidates: minimum height 165cm
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- SPM Credit in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Diploma or Degree academic qualifications (advantageous)
- No visible tattoos while wearing cabin crew uniform
- Well-groomed appearance
- Excellent health
- Strong teamwork skills and passion for customer service
- Attentive, helpful, courteous, polite and respectful personality
- Business formal dress code (ladies: knee-length skirts)
- For experienced crew: prior cabin crew experience required
- For experienced crew: preferably flying experience within past two years
- For experienced crew: willing to work as part-time cabin crew
- For experienced crew: capable of fulfilling employment visa requirements of Malaysia and other relevant countries
- Valid NRIC (National Registration Identity Card)
- Valid passport
- All original education certificates including SPM Certificate
- English test certificate (TOEIC, IELTS, MUET, or TOEFL) if BI not credited
- For experienced crew: all cabin crew training certifications
- For experienced crew: proof of being ex-crew (Staff ID)
- For experienced crew: proof of release letter from previous airline
