About This Role
Air Arabia is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Islamabad base to provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger safety throughout the flight cycle. This entry-level position welcomes fresh graduates and those with previous airline, aviation, or hospitality customer service experience. Candidates must be fluent in English, physically fit with good general health, presentable, and capable of working flexible shift patterns. Requirements
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate minimum
- Fit to fly with good general health
- No serious medical conditions or chronic diseases
- Presentable appearance with friendly demeanor
- Capable of working flexible shift patterns and extended working hours
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Other languages an advantage based on airline requirements
- First Aid and Safety training valued
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage
