About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Cabin Crew Instructor to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for cabin crew staff in accordance with Air Arabia quality standards and GCAA/CAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of aviation industry experience, including 2+ years as an Operating Senior Cabin Crew member, plus previous training instructor experience. This is a specialized training role requiring proficiency in curriculum design, first aid training delivery, airline safety procedures, and knowledge of civil aviation authority regulations. The position offers the opportunity to work with a major regional airline while developing and mentoring cabin crew professionals across multiple training disciplines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Operating Senior Cabin Crew
- Previous experience as a Training Instructor (essential)
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Education or Diploma (preferred)
- First Aid training (essential requirement, formal qualification is a plus)
- Train the Trainer or Instructive Training courses (advantageous)
- Appropriate corresponding cabin crew license (advantageous)
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search
- Audio Visual equipment management skills
- Must have conducted training on First Aid and Airline Safety
- Familiar with CAA rules and regulations pertaining to cabin services, licensing and working procedures
- Experience in planning, designing and delivering training courses (preferably to Cabin Crew)
- Ability to produce, interpret and assimilate data
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates exceptional work habits with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Working exposure to internal/external audit practices
